Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Spain and selected international destinations.

If shipping is available to your country, the available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight or size of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

VYNOK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at vynok@zerekstudio.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate solution.
