Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at vynok@zerekstudio.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed personal care products that have been opened after delivery
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period and return the item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right is separate from and does not affect your rights under our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may require additional time to process the refund.
